Finemasters Mike Real and Jim Rider kicked off recognitions with a photo of Jay Harvill sporting a big red clown nose.  In response to their wondering what had hit his face, Jay tried to explain that he stole the nose.  Not believing his story, Mike and Jim called on Ashley Andrews, inquiring whether she owned something (perhaps a car?) that was the same bright red as Jay’s nose.  Ashley objected to their “vague and ambiguous” questions in vain.  A dent had been observed in the trunk of her new candy-apple red care that was the exact size of Jay’s red nose.  Had Jay run into the back of Ashley’s car with his nose??  Nothing was admitted by either Jay or Ashley so they were fined $25.50 each.

Yvonne Flint was questioned next about her clients who might have received IRS notices recently.  A cartoon was shown recommending the strategy of directing the IRS to “look over there.”  Although Yvonne maintained that none of her clients had been questioned by the IRS, her innocence was doubted and she was fined $40.

Lastly, Kathy Ellison was fined $25 … “just for the heck of it.”
