Our Master Finemaster, Bob Harbicht, gladly took the opportunity for the missing Ken Chan to ream a few members. He started with Jeff Johnson, who made his yearly visit this past Friday. Apparently, in a match between John Fee’s Mercedes and a truck the Mercedes lost. Jeff, of course, was much obliged to fix it up and was fined $50 for this transaction.

John Murphy, allegedly on a “fixed income,” was fined $100 for acquiring a new car. Although he tried to argue that it was used, Mr. Harbicht deftly pointed out that it was “new” to him and, even so, a used car then saved him money so he was bumped from $50 to $100.

Bill Gleason was absent last week and missed a near fine to Dave Totten, confused with Bill, for fleeing in the rain at the Field of Honor. I think Mr. Harbicht described Bill Gleason’s behavior as “turning tail and running;” much like zebras, felons and other things that wear stripes. His antics cost him $50.
