Fine master Brian Cogbill and Sergeant-At-Arms Keith brown began recognitions with Gary Hackney fining him $50 for making a smooth transition from a Red to a Blue-badger. Congratulations! Ralph Orr also received a $50 fine when it was learned that two toy cars bearing “his name” were discovered somewhere in the greater Los Angeles area. Brian Hall got hit with a $50 fine to add to his vacation expenses to Tahoe and Frank Griffith got away with only a $45 fine for vacationing elsewhere. John Murphy was fined a unique sum of $92 for his generous donation of his horse “lucky” to a charitable cause. Roger Grant was hit with a $90 fine and congratulatory remarks as he recently became a grandfather. If I’m not mistaken Jay Harvill was hit with a $100 fine though I’m not sure why and Dick Martinez was recognized but somehow escaped fine for the “one” cemetery plot.
