Our speaker, Evelyn Gray, is a productivity expert and coach who helps people get and stay organized so they can achieve success.  She says “If you can’t find it in thirty seconds, it’s in the wrong place”.  Chronic Disorganization would be diagnosed if you have left something unattended to for three years.  This would manifest itself in those who are possibly dealing with aging issues, divorce issues, new birth issues, or even O.C.D. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).  If you suffer from the inability to say “No”, you may be labeled a procrastinator.  Do you have too many piles of things or hardlyever finish projects completely?  If so, try the reward system by writing down how long tasks take you, then try setting deadlines for completion of projects.  This puts pressure on yourself to complete things in a reasonable amount of time. Some costly facts from Evelyn:

>Professionals spend 50% of their time locating information

>It costs $1400 to manage a file cabinet

>One out of every twenty documents are lost by employees
