With a short time window to conduct the recognitions, Finemaster Brian Cogbill considered recognizing Andy Bundesmann and Jim Helms, but settled ultimately on Bob Harbicht. Bob’s grandson, Patrick, is playing the lead role in the Arcadia High School play. Proud grandfather Bob encouraged us all to attend the production and was fined $100.
Past President Matt Weaver was the only other recognition; he was fined $25 for having his picture taken with the winner of the Rotary horse race at Santa Anita last month.
