Tom Novotny is an owner of Arrowhead Printing, a successful commercial printing operation servicing a wide range of corporations, businesses, and organizations in the Las Vegas Valley. Started in 1983, Arrowhead Printing allocates significant resources to non-profit and charitable entities.

Prior to joining Arrowhead Printing, Mr. Novotny enjoyed a 20 year career in the cable communications industry, holding various positions in multiple markets around the country, including system manager, area manager and state manager/vice president. Mr. Novotny managed cable network systems with thousands of subscribers, negotiated franchise agreements to expand the network, managed labor/management negotiations and built three plants from construction start-up to electronic “turn on.”

In addition to membership and board positions in various business organizations, Mr. Novotny has dedicated himself to Rotary International for 24 years. He has continually sought opportunities to both broaden and deepen his Rotary experience throughout that time, holding almost all available positions within the club level, including member, committee chairs, board of director and president. Additionally, he was involved in the creation and growth of the Las Vegas West Rotary Club and is a member of that club.

Mr. Novotny has held several District 5300 positions, including co-chairman of the 4 Way Speech Contest for three years, Assistant Governor for one year and an Executive Assistant to the Governor for two years, and assisted in the PRLS and Leadership Seminars in Las Vegas.

Originally from Alliance, Nebraska, Mr. Novotny has been married to Robin for 29 years, has three children (Kristina, Stephen and John) and one grandchild (Annika).
