At the meeting on 11/11/16 the club will celebrate Veterans Day by honoring all military veterans in the club.
This Sunday, 10/30/16 is the JDRF-LA Walk for a Cure of Type 1 diabetes at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Even if you don’t intend to walk please donate for this worthy cause. If you have any questions, contact Bruno Esquivel who is Team Rotary Captain.

Past President Jim Hanrahan donated $100 to Rotary Amigos, and Dave Freeman donated $100 for the club’s wheelchair program.
Aaron Rose, the current President of the Arcadia Chinese Club, announced that the Arcadia Chinese Club is hosting a dinner at the Doubletree Hotel located on Huntington Drive in Monrovia, and 3 tables will be set aside for Arcadia Rotarians and their spouses. Contact Aaron for more details.

The club celebrated its 89th Anniversary with a cake and the singing of “Happy Birthday”. It was a great party especially with many Past Presidents and former members in attendance.
