“Come and stand over here,” Laura Freedman kept saying at the Holiday Party.  Within a six foot radius, everyone seemed to win, some more than once!

It was a mix of all the right things that happen at holiday socials.  Fellowship, food and festivity.  The home was beautifully appointed, thanks to the Reals,  there was good food and plenty of it provided by Partners and Stig set up an excellent bar with several wines.  Boy Scouts working on their Community Service merit badge offered the hot hors d’ouvres  Even Steve Garrett gets points for bringing the sound system.

Spectacular baskets made it easy want to donate for raffle tickets.  I was impressed but not surprised by several Rotarians or their Partners, including our President Imy and Rick, who declined winning a second basket to give others a chance to enjoy that winning feeling.
