“It’s a Fine-Free Day!” announced the Finemasters, as they took the opportunity to thank Arcadia Rotarians for their service to the club and to the community.
- Sho Tay, Arcadia’s Citizen of the Year, and Bob Hoffman, President of the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce, were thanked for their community service.
- Dennis Lee, President of Methodist Hospital, was recognized for raising $70,000 at the Mardi Gras gala for Emergency Services at the hospital. The new building is 87% finished and opening is planned for October 2011.
- Richard Schulhof was recognized in absentia for the Arboretum’s program honoring Beatrix Potter and the Easter Egg Hunt being planned.
- Jim Helms was thanked for his many years of hard work in the City of Arcadia.
- Frank Griffith, Bob Novell, Celeste Kelley and Yvonne Flint were thanked for the work they do for Rotary in the operations of District 5300.
