Leandro Alcantara recognized as the Rotary Club of Arcadia Performing Arts Student of the Month for September 2009. Leandro wore the Rotary jacket of his grandfather who was a member of the Rotary Club of Mokari, Philippines and Arcadia Sunrise.
He is maintaining a 3.61 Grade Point Average while participating in the Senior Men and Women Service Organization where he is the Historian.
Leandro Alcantara is the Drum Major for the 300 member Arcadia High School Marching Band and a member of the Concert Band. In his leisure time he is a volunteer with the San Gabriel Valley Special Olympics.
He plans on attending the Claremont McKenna as an undergraduate and USC Law. He wants to become a lawyer.
