Arrive before 12:00 PM at Embassy Suites – Arcadia, prepare a 20-minute talk with Q&A, and finish on time.
Present educational, meaningful content without political messaging, sales pitches, or direct fundraising.
Maintain a respectful, inclusive tone free of bias or commentary on sensitive topics.
Provide intro info in advance and request any A/V needs early, bringing offline materials if needed.
Enjoy complimentary lunch as our guest and check in with the Secretary or inviting Rotarian upon arrival.
Be available after the presentation for brief conversation or questions from members who wish to connect.
