H. Sean Dayani who has 37 years of real estate experience as an attorney, investor, lender and 1031 Exchange Accommodator gave a very educational presentation on “Everything one should or should not know about real estate investing”.
Sean spoke about how complex and at times confusing but rewarding if planned and structured correctly real estate can be and how “luck” plays a factor at times under many circumstances.
He also explained that basic planning like home ownership and if you own a business to own and operate from your own property which will benefit a person economically and also have tax rewards. He also emphasized the importance of low interest rates on both residential and commercial real estate market structuring.
Sean also spoke about returns (CAP rates) and watching for legal matters and ramifications.
