Tim Murphy is the July 31st speaker regarding the Flying Doctors of Mercy. Tim is an Arcadia resident and a pilot involved with LIGA International. He will present a slide show with an overview of LIGA’s work in Sinaloa and the Mexican villages where LIGA has established free clinic’s.
